All children under 2 years old were able to stay at the hotel for free. The hotel also offered bike hire, allowing us to explore the beautiful city of Gyula with ease. It was a fantastic family activity that added a sense of adventure to our holiday.
My wife says that the playground for children could have been larger.

I loved the hotel facilities and how convenient they were for me. With the price of the room, I had access to the swimming pools and thermal water pools, plus a free robe to use while I was there. The wellness area had several saunas and a great Jacuzzi. Breakfast was fantastic, with a large selection of food, and I enjoyed the surprise of a welcome drink and soup buffet. The hotel staff was also very pleasant and friendly, and parking was free.
Nothing for me.

The service here was top-notch, with room service available and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The room amenities were fantastic, including heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, making it easy to stay connected. Plus, the flat-screen TV provided great entertainment during my downtime. The dining options were superb, with a delicious restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the spa & wellness center, where I indulged in a relaxing massage and lounged in the steam room. The sun terrace was a great spot to soak up some rays, and the hot spring bath was a wonderful experience. my time here was fantastic and I can't wait to visit again!

The hotel's location is quite good, within walking distance from the city center, and it has a nice view of the castle. the breakfast served is delicious, with many choices to pick from. the rooms are clean and tidy with all standard amenities.
The hotel lacks activities for children, and some key features like air conditioning can go out of order and not be fixed for a long time.

We spent the New Year's Eve weekend at a hotel in Gyula. The facilities were great with a thermal pool and a spa within walking distance. The food was tasty with a good variety. the staff was attentive and helpful. We also enjoyed the beautiful park and fortress nearby.
The WiFi in the room could be improved as the signal was weak. the room was a bit small for us which took away from the comfort of our stay.
